Squad and Deputy Chief Go to Building Fire in New Windsor

On Wednesday January 24th, Carroll County units were alerted for a small building fire in the 3300 block of Hooper Road in Co. 10's first due. This call was just miles away from and a few minutes after the house fire dispatched on Cabbage Spring Road. 2nd Alarm in Mount Airy Brings Engine and Fire Chief

On Wednesday January 24th around 1600 Hours, units were alerted on Carroll Box 1-9 for a house fire on Cabbage Spring Road in Mount Airy. First arriving units reported fire throughout a two large story home. Operations quickly moved to an exterior attack due to a lack of reliable water supply and the well advanced fire. On Monday January 22nd around 1645 hours units from Urbana and Green Valley were alerted for a chimney fire in the 8400 block of Peters Road in Urbana. Units arrived to find smoke showing from a single family house and a working fire in the attic. On Tuesday January 16th at 2032 hours, units were alerted for a vehicle accident with one unconscious on I-270 south bound at Route 80. RS15 (Capt.
