Motorcycle Crash on Old National Pike

Around 1330 hours, Co. 15 units were dispatched for a motorcycle accident in the area of Old National Pike and Green Valley Road. Units arrived to find a single motorcycle off the roadway with one subject laying in the street Units packaged the subject for transport and he was transported to a regional hospital for treatment.

New Market Volunteers Assist with Carroll County Water Rescue

Around 2200 hours on Halloween evening, heavy rains began to fall in the region and small stream flooding affected many areas around the region. Units from Carroll and Frederick Counties, including Boat 15 and Dive 15, were dispatched to Twin Arch Road and the railroad bridge for an occupied vehicle stranded in high water. At 2200hrs on Monday September 16th, units were dispatched for a report of a basement fire on Box 15-2 to the 5700blk of Heatherwood Ct. Just after 4 pm on Sunday June 30th, Ambulance 159 was alerted for an injured person near Coldstream Beach in Lake Linganore. The call was soon upgraded to a water rescue after reports stated the patient fell from an elevated walkway onto rocks and trees and into the water.
