Two Trapped on Green Valley Road

At 1806 hours on Saturday June 25th units were alerted to a vehicle accident with reported two patients pinned at Green Valley Road and Old New Market Road. A159(FF Rosebrock), RE153(FFIII Bowles), U15 & C15(FC Nalborczyk), C15-2(AFC Betts), C15-3(AFC Kennedy), and D15(Capt. Conaway) responded with 20 volunteers. On Tuesday June 21st around 1900 hours, as a line of strong thunderstorms hit the region, Box 15-21 was struck for the house fire in the 13700 block of Old National Pike in Mount Airy. E152(Lt. Global Emergency Vehicles is in the process of creating the electronics board that will power the unit. The doors have all been removed and they are going to be stripped and primed starting at the end of the week. They have begin to replace doors and shelving that will need upgrades. The walls inside the box are being readied for an internal paint job, done by hand with rollers.

Construction of our department's new Ambulance has begun at the Global Emergency Vehicles plant. They have stripped the box down to it's foundation. Next they measured, cut and then bundled all of the wires that are required to run all of the electronics on the Ambulance. Fatal Accident on Interstate 70

At 1455 hours on Monday June 13th Co. 15 and other units were alerted for a vehicle accident with rollover on Interstate 70 Eastbound at the 62 mile marker. A159, RE153, E152, C15-2, and CAR15 responded with 12 personnel. Co. 15 units arrived and reported a van rolled over with one patient trapped. On Wednesday June 1st at 2143 hours, Box 17-19 was sounded for the house fire in the 10500 block of Renner Road in Johnsville.
