Just before 0600 hours on Thursday August 3rd, units were alerted for Box 25-11 in the 4800 block of Lynn Burke Road for the house fire. E152(DFRS Capt. Yoder), RS15(FF3 Bloodgood), A159(DFRS FF), C15-3(AFC Kennedy), and D15(Lt. Bowles) responded on the alarm with 10 personnel. ET254 arrived on the scene to find a two story split-level home with smoke showing and requested the rapid intervention dispatch. Crews quickly began an interior attack, locating fire in a bedroom with extension to the attic. RS15's crew performed searches and controlled utilities, while E152 assisted with fire attack. C15-3 was the Division 1 supervisor. Crews had the fire knocked within just a few minutes and the assignment was back a short time later.
